Helping clients to understand these obstacles, where they originated, and how to overcome them is a key area of focus. He seeks to earn trust in the therapeutic relationship, which then allows clients to share anything they choose to in a setting that ensures complete confidentiality. For Brice, helping clients work through life\u2019s challenges is an honor and a privilege. Brice is a person-centered therapist who incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) into his practice to teach clients effective coping skills and stress management techniques. Brice also does a lot of ADHD coaching with individuals who have been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=”About the Provider” font_container=”tag:h2|font_size:25|text_align:left|color:%23000000″ google_fonts=”font_family:Montserrat%3Aregular%2C700|font_style:700%20bold%20regular%3A700%3Anormal”][vc_column_text]Brice has lived in the Raleigh area since he moved here from Wilmington in 2013.
