What insurance networks are we in-network with?
We are currently in-network with most Aetna (except CVS Health HMO Bronze, Silver and Gold), BCBS (except Blue Local, Healthy Blue, or High Performance Network, and BlueHome with Novant Health), Cigna and United Healthcare plans. Please check with your insurance company to be sure that behavioral health coverage is included with your major medical plan, and that it’s not covered by another insurance provider. Several of the recently available Marketplace plans are also not in-network even though they are through one of the companies listed above.
Are we in-network with Medicaid or Medicare?
No, we are not in-network with Medicaid or Medicare. Our practice has opted out of the Medicare program. If you have Medicare, please be aware that Medicare will not pay for any service provided by this practice. If you have Medicare and would like to continue with this practice, a private contract will need to be established that indicates your agreement with these terms in more detail. If you have insurance coverage other than Medicare and our office is not in-network, your insurer may possibly reimburse you for some portion of the visit if you submit a claim (based on your out-of-network benefits).
